Brian M. Stern, Ph.D.
Working with global companies all the way to start-up organizations, Brian has implemented pre-employment assessment programs that impact positively on individual and company-wide performance. He has provided valuable insights and services in the areas of management development, organizational effectiveness, employee selection and succession management.
After beginning his career in HR research, Brian honed his skills by helping clients optimize the economic effects of organizational and people strategies. His outstanding work has been cited in various publications such as The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Fortune Magazine, and many others.

Joseph P. Murphy
Driven by a passion for measuring the impact of staffing initiatives and executive development, Joe has worked for more than 20 years with clients to develop HR strategies that result in significant business outcomes. With a background as a Director of Human Resources and Director of Training, he has the experience and proven know-how to help clients in multiple ways.
As a former principal at SHL USA, Inc. and co-founder of Olsen, Stern, Murphy & Hogan, Inc., Joe has conducted workshops, implemented change programs and developed high-performance employee selection systems for many organizations. In addition, he has published articles in a variety of professional publications and presented seminars on staffing metrics at a number of conferences. Joe also conducted a national webcast on Quality of Hire for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Scott A. Goodman, Ph.D.
Scott began his career at IBM where he developed, administered and analyzed data that helped facilitate their system-wide corporate reorganization. Since then, he has spent more than 12 years working with groups and companies around the world to assist them in aligning their people’s performance with business strategies.
Solving a range of business challenges for more than 60 private and public organizations, Scott has provided guidance in the areas of employee selection and retention, organizational effectiveness, management development, coaching and performance/succession management.

Michael J. Hudy, Ph.D.
Over his career, Michael has focused his energies on consulting with groups to drive improved performance for individuals, teams and organizations. He has accomplished this by developing and documenting the impact of pre-employment assessments, linking survey results to system outcomes, and developing objective measures for tracking the effects discrete behaviors have on organizational performance. Michael formerly was a senior consultant for SHL USA, an internal consultant for Nationwide Insurance Performance Improvement Organization, a research fellow at The Ohio State University, and an analyst at the Civil Service Commission.

Eric J. Sydell, Ph.D.
Eric uses his expertise to create unique measurement tools to gain an objective understanding of a client’s human capital strength. He then employs data from those tools to discern which human attributes are the most critical determinants of business performance.
Eric develops HR management strategies that optimally support business objectives. Specific projects have included employee selection, executive pre employment assessment and coaching, organizational diagnosis and change, and multi-source (360) surveys.

Cynthia A. Kirk
Over her career, Cynthia has met and exceeded clients’ expectations by assisting in clients’ hiring and assessment efforts by delivering training through PC and online platforms. In addition, she has provided specialized support for their computer-based assessment systems.
At Shaker Consulting Group, Cynthia directs the coordination of operations and oversees the financial controls to assure a sound organizational environment, utilizing effective business management practices. Cynthia works closely with Shaker Consulting Group's staff to strengthen clients’ capability to deliver business results through their people assets.

What a nice Web based learning experience. It seems very realistic, rather than just a marketing program that is not truly real. The major dimensions of what it is really like to be an agent was very well represented. The amount of work to be successful seemed accurate and honestly discussed.
