Marc Wenzel PhD Joins Shaker Consulting Group

CLEVELAND – April 4, 2013 - Shaker Consulting Group adds Marc Wenzel, Ph.D. to head up business development for staffing in high-population jobs.

Frost, a native of Michigan, with an advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, brings a unique mix of assessment research and predictive analytics skills to the firm.

Previously, Frost conducted pre-employment testing research and performed HR analytics through the consulting services at Central Michigan University.  He recently presented research on using automated essay scoring to predict personality at the 2012 national conference of the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP).

Frost, holds a B.S. in Psychology, an M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology and is a Ph.D. candidate at Central Michigan University, Mount Pleasant MI.
