Shaker Consulting Group Hires Dr. Lei Qin to Support Expansion into China
CLEVELAND – Oct. 18, 2010 – Shaker Consulting Group has hired Dr. Lei Qin as Virtual Job Tryout Design Scientist. Qin, a native of China, with a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, brings a unique mix of capabilities to the firm.
“His experience in pre-employment assessment design in both the US and China markets will prove invaluable as we expand our service offering into Asia,” said Brian Stern, president of Shaker Consulting Group.
“The market in China will respond very well to the interactive and informative nature of the Virtual Job Tryout,” said Qin.
Previously, Qin designed and implemented pre-employment testing and performed HR analytics for China Telecom in Beijing, and EMBARQ in the USA. Qin holds a BA in Applied Psychology and M.A. in Psychological Statistics and Cognition from Beijing Normal University and a M.A. and Ph.D. In Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Akron
