Shaker Appoints Tim Kennedy as Director of Sales for North America

Company Expands Market Development Team with Addition of Seasoned Business Development Executive

Shaker, the market leader in custom simulations for pre-employment testing, has announced that experienced business development expert Tim Kennedy has joined the company’s Market Development team as director of Sales for North America, responsible for extending the reach of Shaker’s Virtual Job Tryout and helping employers adopt this technology to improve how they hire.

Tim has made a career of dealing with decision makers who own the candidate experience and recruiting, and his experience will be integral in expanding the reach of Virtual Job Tryout.”

The market for pre-employment testing continues to grow, and increasing demand for mobile-optimized assessments has made Shaker’s Virtual Job Tryout technology a highly desirable solution for companies that wish to implement an evidence-based approach to talent acquisition. In his new role with Shaker, Kennedy focuses on market development for organizations with more than 5,000 employees and brand-conscious organizations seeking solutions to assess talent fit and enable recruiters to make precision hiring decisions.

Kennedy brings extensive experience to his new role, having held leadership positions with other market leaders in the talent acquisition space. Prior to joining Shaker, he served as Director of Business Development with TMP Worldwide, following his tenure as Client Director for Alexander Mann Solutions. He also held the role of Director of Strategic Alliances and led business development at FAST, a Microsoft subsidiary, for nearly a decade. Earlier in his career, Kennedy served as Vice President of Business Development for Zenhire and as a regional sales manager for Monster.
