The learning is the winning: The data behind your candidate experience is its own reward

At a recent Candidate Experience (CandE) Workshop, participant Julie Walker of Pillar Technology had an epiphany.

Committed to elevating the candidate experience, Shaker is a Global Platinum sponsor of the annual Candidate Experience (CandE) Award and Benchmark Program. Shaker executive vice president Joseph P. Murphy also serves as a Talent Board board member.

Participating in the CandE Awards program collects the data you need to really get to know your staffing process. Analysis and exploration of this data provides your talent acquisition team with the chance to learn what’s working — and what’s not.

Consider this data from the 2016 CandE Awards survey about who uses pre-employment assessment:

  • CandE Award winners are more likely to be assessment users
  • 68% of winning companies are using assessments based on local validation analysis
  • Fewer than 15% of winners are not using assessments, while nearly 30% (twice as many!) of non-winners are not using assessments

Participate in the CandE Awards benchmark program. Get the data. Engage your team. Improve your outcomes.
