    Three configurations are available to fit every type of company: Pre-configured, which are ready to implement immediately; Tailored, which offer a variety of co-branded tiers to reflect your company's look and language; and Customized, which uses Shaker's unique expertise to build a custom assessment for your applicants from the ground up.
  2. Deliver a unique candidate experience

    Candidates log in to participate in simulated exercises, which collect data as candidates “show their stuff” and demonstrate their abilities. They get to see and play the job via common day-in-the-life scenarios and job tasks, which helps you rank and compare candidates objectively.
  3. Assess the best talent fit

    VJT uses the science of predictive modeling to link their responses with performances metrics, so you know accurately how they'll perform after hire. The result is to provide recruiters with a comprehensive, multi-method view of job fit that accurately predicts on-the-job performance.
