I want to ask you a question. A one question interview.
In the past year, I have had the good fortune to conduct a one question interview with a number of thoughtful people involved in recruiting and staffing. Thoughtful people can put a lot of information into a 60-90 second response. The diversity of suggestions, ideas and insights about improving the candidate experience has been fantastic.
